Quinoa Lentil Burgers

Ingredients
1 tbsp + 2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions1 cup cooked quinoa1 cup cooked brown lentils 1 tsp Chili powder 1/3 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats1/4 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 teaspoons Cornstarch 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs 1 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Cumin (ground) 1 tsp Paprika Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients except olive oil, form into 4 patties, fry in olive oil about 5-7 mins on each side, depending on the heat of your pan.

May freeze burgers before cooking.

Serve as you would a hamburger on a bun, or on a plate smothered with sauteed sweet pepper and onions.
