Spinach & Ricotta Manicotti

Ingredients
10 Manicotti pasta tubes1 package frozen chopped spinach (cooked & drained) 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated1 1/2 cups low sodium tomato sauce100 grams low fat mozza cheese (about 1 cup)
Directions
cook past according to package directions. Drain. Combine spinach, ricotta and parmesan in a bowl. Use the filling to stuff pasta tubes. Pour 1/2 cup of tomato sauce into bottom of baking pan, place tubes in pan. Top with remaining tomato sauce and the mozza cheese. Bake at 350 for about 1/2 an hour. Serves 5.
