0.5 serving EAS Whey Protein Powder- Vanilla (2.0) 1 serving Kroger Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 serving Benefiber (2 tsp serving) 142 grams Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened 48 grams Spinach, fresh
