Cappuccino Crème brûlée

Ingredients

1 can (385 ml) evaporated milk1 cup strong coffee2/3 cup granulated sugar1 tsp. vanilla extract1/4 tsp. salt4 eggs
makes 10 little ramekins
1. Combine evaporated milk and coffee in
saucepan
2. Heat until small bubbles form on edge of pan
3. Stir in granulated sugar, vanilla, and salt
4. Beat eggs well in large bowl
5. Gradually stir hot milk mixture into eggs
6. Pour into little ramekins
7. Place them in a pan of hot water about 1" deep
8. Bake at 300 F for 50 to 60 minutes, until knife
inserted in center comes out clean
9. Chill until cooled
