Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Cumin seed0.5 head, small Iceberg Lettuce (salad)1.0 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes0.25 cup Beans, black16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried2.0 serving (1)Kraft Light Catalina Dressing (2 TBLS)1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper2.0 oz Cheese, Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese (Yellow & White)1.0 serving Corn on the Cob, fresh med. ear2.0 serving 7-11 Nacho Chips (11 chips)
Directions
Chop vegetables and combine into salad, include corn kernels from cooked corn and drained black beans. Brown ground turkey add salt and pepper, cumin & cilantro. Add a touch of water and cook out of meat mixtire. Cool slightly add to salad. Add cheese. Crush nacho cheese chips and add to salad. Add Catalina French Dressing Lite. Mix together divide salad into dinner plates Serving Size: 2
