Ingredients
2 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 5 link (raw dimensions: 4" long x 7/8" dia), cooked Pork Sausage 3 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 12 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 clove Garlic 4 oz Onion, sweet, raw
Directions
Sauté onions, garlic, add meat/mushrooms and cook until done. Stir in spinach until wilted. Put in pan, pour egg beaters over then cheese on top and bake 45 min at 370 until golden.
