Ingredients
1 serving Mission , 6.5" Low Carb Fajita Size Tortilla 1 tbsp Celery, raw 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw .5 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 cup Crab Classics Flake Style Immitation Crab Meat (Food For Less Brand) 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds .5 1tsp Canola Oil 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
Directions
Chop the vegetables and put to the side. Put crab meat and cream cheese together on a plate and heat together in order to soften the cream cheese enough to spread. Fry to crisp the tortilla. Once the Tortilla is crisped to your taste, then spread the cream cheese and crab evenly on on side of the tortilla. Top the crab with the chopped veggies and the hemp seeds.
