300.0 grams Red Potato4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.0 oz Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage2.0 oz Best Choice Mild Cheddar Cheese
Set oven 375F. Grind sausage. Dice potato. Cook both in pan. Mix egg and shredded cheese in bowl. Put potato and sausage in loaf pan. Pour egg mixture on top. Place in oven for 20 to 30 min or until eggs no longer runny.
