1 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Quinoa (1/4 C dry = 1/2 C) 1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen 0.5 cup Spinach, frozen .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Cook quinoa according to directions, add frozen spinach and broccoli. Cook until broccoli is warmed through.
