Chicken Risotto

Ingredients
3 cups chicken broth1/2 cup brown sugar2 TBS poultry seasoning1 lb. chicken breasts1 sweet onion, chopped2 cups brown rice1 cup salsa4 cups swiss chard (or other greens)
Directions
Combine chicken broth and brown sugar and heat until sugar has disolved. Add 1 TBS of poultry seasoning. Add chicken to the broth and marinate in refrigerator for a least 2 hours. Remove chicken, reserving marinade, and sprinkle remaining poultry seasoning on chicken. Spray a large saute pan with cooking oil and heat. Add chicken and brown on each side for about 3 minutes. Add onion and rice and continue cooking for about another 3 minutes, stiring frequently. Add marinade and salsa. Cover pan and continue cooking until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through. Add swiss chard and continue cooking just until chard is wilted and heated.
