3 cup Cauliflower, raw 1.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 0.5 cup chickpea flour- Bob's Red Mill (by SUNSET_MISTRESS) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp follow your heart veganegg (by CASSEAPDX) 2 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g)
Purée the chickpeas and add all ingredients together and make into pizza dough. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out on parchment paper (you can make small, medium or large). It'll be sticky, so use your hands. Cook at 400 for 25 minutes. Add toppings then cook at 450 for an additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!
