2.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 tsp Oregano, ground2.0 tbsp Basil2.0 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked1.0 clove Garlic0.5 cup Trader Joe's Tomato Basil Marinara2.0 cup *Kroger Mozzarella Fat Free Shredded Cheese1.0 serving Hormel Pepperoni (15 Pepperoni)0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites0.5 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg)
First rice your fresh cauliflower in food processor. Cook in microwave for 8 min. cool and with cheese cloth squeeze out all the liquid. In a bowl mix 2c cauliflower , 2 egg whites , 1c mozzarella cheese, oregano,and minced garlic. If too runny add little more cauliflower. press onto a pizza pan with sprayed parchment paper, shaping the sides. If there is still mosture on top use flour sack cloth to press on top until mosture is gone. add parmesan cheese and bake 450 12 - 15 min. when golden brown remove from oven. place parchment paper on top and flip crust over peel paper
off bottom and replace with new paper ad flip back over.
now add sauce , mozzarella cheese, peppers, pepperoni and fresh chopped basil and cook under broiler until cheese melted.
slice and serve!
