Simple Tuna and Shells

3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8 oz Barilla Medium Pasta Shells 125 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 4 oz Genova Albacore Tuna (by HSW1974) 9 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN) .125 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON) 2 tbsp Basil
1) bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add Pasta. Cook until 1 Minute short of package directions.
2) In a small saucepan heat olive oil over medium low heat. Add garlic that has been cut into large chunks, chiffonade basil, and red pepper flakes. Stir occasionally as not to burn garlic or basil.
3) When pasta is done strain, return to pot, add sauce, diced peppers, and tuna. Toss.
4) Eat to live so eat well, ENJOY.
