1.5 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 3 cup Butternut Squash 1.5 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic
cube squash and sweet potatoes and boil in 3-4 cups water. Sautee onion and garlic. Blend all in blender. Add salt and pepper, .5tsp nutmeg, 1tsp cinnamon, and a dash of caynnene pepper if desired. Add can of cocount milk, mix well and heat back up.
