Slow Cooker Cheesy Spaghetti with Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
16 oz Turkey Sausage 93% lean (from lean ground turkey) (by VINCE001) 3 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce) 8 oz Garofalo's Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti (1 serving = 2 oz = .8 cups) 2 serving Cheese - Cottage Cheese (Low Fat 2%) - Daisy brand - 1/2C 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 cup Cheese, Ricotta low-fat (by 2BLEAN) 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tbsp Basil 0.25 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 0.5 tsp Garlic powder 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Sage, ground 0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tsp Oregano, ground
Directions
Add all the sausage ingredients a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Cook ground turkey sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking into small pieces while cooking. Ensure the turkey loses its pink color before removing from heat. Drain, discard any fat and set aside. Combine meat with marinara.

In a medium bowl combine cooked turkey sausage with the remaining ingredients, add to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 2 hours until cheese is bubbly. Add spaghetti and 3/4 cup of water, stir thoroughly and cook for an additional hour until the spaghetti is cooked through.

Serve and sprinkle with parmesan if desired.
