Vegan Cheezy Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup Potatoes, chopped0.25 cup Carrots, chopped .33 cup Onion, chopped.5 cup Cashew Nuts, Raw.75 cup water, saved from veggies0.25 cup Coconut Milk, Organic, Classic, Unsweetened 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes 1 tbsp Lemon juice .75 tsp Salt .25 tsp Garlic powder dash paprika and cayenne
Directions
Boil veggies and cashews until soft. Blend with 3/4 cup water from boiling the vegetables. Add all other ingredients and blend. Serve over pasta or veggies. Enjoy!
