Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
2 Cups, chopped or diced light meat cooked chicken4 Cups chicken broth (fat removed)2 Cups tomato Salsa1 (10oz) can Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce16oz. Velveeta Cheese ProductSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients except the Velveeta cheese in a large pot. Bring to a slow simmer on medium heat. Chop Velveeta cheese into small cubes. Reduce heat of soup and add cheese. Stir cheese until melted. Serve as is or with baked corn tortilla strips.
