Chicken vegetable spaghetti sauce

Ingredients
2.0 cup, chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup, sliced Zucchini1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 serving 1 Mini Bag of Baby Carrots (64g)0.5 cup Prego light smart spaghetti sauce
Directions
Rough chop onion, green peppers and zucchini. Use cooking spray in a deep fry pan and cook onions, carrots and green peppers until soft. Transfer to a larger pot and add Prego light smart sauce then stir in the chicken. I use all the leftovers from a rotisserie. Simmer until soft or less time for a little crunch. Serving Size: Makes four generous servings
