Coconut Flour Pizza Crust

Ingredients
2 serving * Coconut flour topping - 1/3rd cup0.50 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 1tsp Coconut Oil 0.25 tbsp Italian Spice 2 tsp Garlic powder 0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt 0.25 tsp Cream Of Tartar 1.50 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzarella Shredded
Directions
Add the first 10 ingredients to a mixing bowl process until it forms dough like consistency. Then fold in mozzarella, turn out onto lined baking sheet and spread out evenly. Bake for20 - 25 minutes in a 375 oven. Then add toppings of choicend bake another 12 minutes.
