6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 4 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 250 gram(s) Spaghetti, Wholemeal (San Remo) (by TREVBABE)
Directions
heat the oil and fry the crushed garlic, add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes on a medium heat. Cook spaghetti per packet instructions. Enjoy!
