Whole Wheat & Flax Chapatis revised

1 cup whole wheat flour1 tbsp ground flax seed1 tsp saltwaterPam extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
Mix the dry ingredients together with a whisk. Slowly whisk in water until you have a stiff but pliable dough. After lightly oiling your hands, work the dough with your hands until the dough is smooth, 2-3 minutes. Form the dough into 6 balls, keeping them covered. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. One at a time, flatten the balls onto a floured surface and roll into circles about 6 inches across. Cook chapatis about 1-2 minutes per side, or until lightly browned. Makes 7 breads.
