Nutty Rice Loaf

Ingredients
280 grams (1.5 cup) cooked brown rice125 grams (1 whole) shredded zucchini 30 grams (.25 cup) chopped onion 60 grams (1.5 cup) wheat germ 30 grams (.25 cup) chopped walnut 113 grams (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese 100 grams (2 large) eggs 60 grams (0.25 cup) egg substitute 1 tsp ground thyme 1 tsp dried marjoram .25 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease 9" by 5" loaf pan.

Prepare vegetables per ingredient list.

Combine all ingredients.

Pack into loaf pan.

Bake 40-45 minutes. Loaf should be brown on edges and firm to the touch.

Slice.

Loaf should be served hot or at room temperature.
