Wonderful Autumn Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Cloves, ground 0.50 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 serving Tea - Good Earth Original Sweet & Spicy (1 tea bag/1 cup) 1 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) 0.67 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes 1 serving Libby's Canned Pumpkin 7.5 tsp Nutrasweet Equal packet 6 packet Nutrasweet Equal packet 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
In a bowl add 2/3 or 0.67 cup of Kodiak mix, cinnamon, cloves, 7.5 tsp or 1/2 of 1/3 cup equal. Stir until mixed. In a teacup, make one cup of hot Good Earth tea, use the 6 equal bags not sugar.
Pour little at a time, until batter is the consistency that you want. Add egg stir, then add pumpkin, stir.
Bake on a pancake pan, or cooking pan. Pour batter onto hot pan, when done on one side flip.

It tastes great dipped in Good Earth tea, or eaten with syrup, or plain. Enjoy!

    I have been trying to find a pumpkin recipe that is healthy and you can eat a lot of it without being fat.
