Oatmeal Flax muffins

Ingredients
3/4 c flaxseed meal1 1/2 c flour3/4 c oatmeal1 c brown sugar2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 c carrots shredded2 large apples chopped1/2 c raisins1 c hazelnuts chopped3/4 c milk2 extra large eggs beaten1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix together flour, flaxseed, oatmeal, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in carrots, apples, raisins, and nuts. Combine milk, beaten eggs and vanilla. Pour liquid ingrediants into dry ingrediants. Stir until moistened. Fill 15 muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
