0.15 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 0.25 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 0.05 cup mrs butterworth sugar free maple syrup 0.25 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
Directions
2 TB almond flour, 2 TB pumpkin purée, 1 TB sugar free maple syrup Whisk dry and wet ingredients separately then add together. Microwave on high for 2-2 1/2 minutes Serving Size: 1
