Cauliflower Mash

1 medium head of cauliflower2 tbsp Earth Balance Whipped Buttery Spread0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Chop the cauliflower into large florets, and either boil or steam it until tender. Transfer to a food processor and pulse until no large chunks remain. Add whipped buttery spread (you can also use real butter or margarine if you prefer) and cayenne pepper (I usually add more than I've recorded in this recipe but I was told to avoid spicy foods for a little while). Blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately.
