9.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw1.25 cup Sargento Classic Sharp Cheddar Fancy Shredded Natural Cheddar Cheese1.5 serving Bacon - Oscar Mayer Center Cut 3 slices
1) Rice your cauliflower by grating the head with a large grater. TIP: Buy your cauliflower already broken down, it saves time! Check your grocery store's produce section.
2) Dice bacon and cook till crisp in a large skillet, then add your chicken and spices. When half cooked, add your cauliflower and cook until just tender.
3) In a casserole dish, combine 2/3 of your cheese and the chicken mixture. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake or broil until bubbling and browned.
