Ingredients
0.33 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk3.0 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Combine ricotta, cream and egg over medium heat. Add flax, and Splenda to taste. Whisk constantly, has tendency to burn. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
