Ingredients
Green peppers 1/2 cupRed peppers 1/2 cupMushrooms 1/2 cupChicken Breast 1 Breasttomatoes 1 whole ripeTaco seasoning 2 tsp
Directions
Mix veggies into a bowl togethor
Cut Chicken into long 1/2" x 4" strips or however you can manage into similar strips close to that size. Put chicken strips into a skillet and cook on medium heat until about done. With two forks while cooking pull apart the strips of chicken breasts. Mix in Veggies and let cook mixing every couple of minutes with spatula. for about 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked thourouly. Serve on tortilla adding the ingrediants of choice according to your diet calorie intake plan.
