Banana Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Cookie

2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 2 - 1 oz. boxes or (56 grams) Raisins .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Mash bananas.
Add oats, mix well so oats absorb the banana.
Add raisins. Mix well.
Add cinnamon. Mix well.
Form into balls and flatten on a cookie sheet.
Baked for 12 minutes at 350.
Remove from oven and cool completely.
Store in refrigerator in air tight container.
Enjoy!
