9x9 pan. Large head of cauliflower cut up and steamed for about 8 min. Then I cut it up kinda small and drained it well. Then combine it with one can of cream of chicken, 1 cup of cheese, 8 ounces sour cream and half of an onion chopped up. Top with whatever topping you want. I use Parmesan cheese and another half cup of sprinkle cheese. Bake at 400 for 30-35 min.
