1 cup Chickpea Flour (Garbanzo Bean Flour) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil Cumin, coriander, asafoetida, turmeric, cayenne, curry leaves, and salt to tasteWater to make a very thin batter.
Fry like regular pancakes, in a little oil or butter on medium heat. Serve with Indian or Western dishes as an accompaniment or in place of flatbread. Savory, not sweet.
