Allie's Rice Krispies Treat (dairy free)

Ingredients
6.0 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal7.0 tbsp Shortening, Crisco18.0 serving Kraft Jet Puffed Marshmellows-4 marshmellows
Directions
Melt Crisco (butter flavor) on low heat, add marshmellow and stir till melted, leave heat on and 1 cup at a time fold in the Rice Krispies. Grease the pan. Move the Rice Krispies mixture to the pan. Wait 2-3 mins so it cools just a little. Fold a square of parchment paper and lightly grease it. Use it to press the Rice Krispies mixture evenly into the pan. Wait 10 mins and use a knife to cut up the squares. Serving Size: Makes 15 squares per 9x13 pan
