Vegan "sausage" and gravy

Ingredients
1.0 cup Bob's Red Mill TVP2.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 cup Cauliflower, raw4.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 tbsp liquid smoke7.0 cup almond fresh unsweetened0.5 cup Cornstarch1.0 cup Vegetable Broth6.0 clove Garlic10.0 gram Miso Paste2.0 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g)1 tbsp sage1 tbsp ground thyme1 tbsp steak spice2 tsp onion powder
Directions
Chop cauliflower and rice very small (riced) and cook in large nonstick pan until all liquid is cooked off. Add textured soy protein that has been prepared as package indicates. Mix in all spices. Add broth, liquid smoke, nutritional yeast and almond milk. Mix cornstarch and enough water to dissolve and stir into mixture. Continue stirring until boiled and thickened.
