Asparagus with portabello mushrooms

Ingredients
Garlic, 2 clove Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Asparagus, fresh, 30 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Portabella Mushrooms, 340 grams Salt, 5 dash Pepper, black, 5 dash *Lemon Juice, 3 wedge yields
Directions
Sautee 2 cloves garlic in 2TBSP olive oil until fragrant. Add trimmed asparagus and pan fry a few minutes. If asparagus are thick I add a few TBSP of water. Add cleaned and sliced portabellos and sautee 2 min more. Garnish with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice (optional)

    I like the combination. I may try the mushrooms with some other green vegetables, like broccoli or green beans. I also used red vinegar instead of the lemon juice. - 3/14/11
