Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1.50 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.34 cup Coconut Oil 1 tsp Baking Soda 1.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour 0.50 cup Trader Joe's Organic Maple Agave Syrup 0.50 tsp Celtic Sea Salt Fine Ground 2 serving Trader Joes 72% Cacao Dark Chocolate 1 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin
Directions
Whisk 1/3 cup Melted Coconut Oil with 1/2 cup Maple Agave Syrup and 2 eggs. Whisk 1 cup Libby's Canned Pumpkin, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice, 0.5 tsp Ground Sea Salt and 1 tsp Vanilla Extract. Spoon Mix 1.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour, then 1/2 cup 72% Dark Chocolate. Spray Loaf Pan and Bake at 325 Degrees for 50 min.
