.75 cup Cassava Flour, Anthony's .1875 cup Arrowroot Flour, Bob's Red Mill 3 tbsp Coconut Oil .25 tsp Salt .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix well.
Separate into 8 equal portions (approx. 40 g each).
Flatten using a pan or tortilla press.
Heat in a dry skillet 30 seconds on the first side and 15-20 on the second side.
