.5 serving Leanfit Whey Protein Powder (by MDUYKERS) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .33 tsp Baking Powder .5 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder .25 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil 1 dash Salt
Directions
melt oils in a wide mug
brush up the sides
mix all other ingredients into mug
microwave for 1 minute
cool for 1 minute
slice in half and enjoy or toast and top with your favourite spread.
