Ingredients
1.5 cup Arugula 3 oz beef loin tri tip steak .13 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) .5 cup slices Pickled beets 1 oz Goat Cheese, Soft 2 tbsp Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Balsalmic Vinagrette 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
Directions
Cook steak to liking, mix ingredients and enjoy. Can use candied nuts as well
