Mexican Pork Loin

Ingredients
30 oz Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted 2 cup Beans - refried, La Preferida Refried Beans Fat Free 28 oz Green Chili Enchilada Sauce - Mild - 1 can (by LUCKYGAL710) 2 cup Salsa
Directions
Mix Salsa and Beans. Put in the bottom of baking dish or crock-pot. Put the roast on top of salsa/beans mixture. Pour green chili enchilada sauce over the top. Crock-pot on low for 8 hours. Baking Dish at 350 for 1 hour. Shred the pork roast or serve in slices.
