1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.50 tsp Baking Powder 0.75 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil .16 tbsp Oat Fiber - Life source 1 Tbl
coconut oil and set aside
Into a small bowl (mug, ramekin)measure out 3 Tablespoons of Almond Flour
To that add the oat fibre- NOT OAT MEAL!
add baking powder-- mix the dry ingredients
crack the egg and add it to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add the bacon grease and mix well again.
At this point you can cook it in the same vessel you've mixed it in or transfer it to another container. I use a square ramekin if I want square bread.
Serving Size: 1 muffin
