Ingredients
16 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw .5 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Fennel seed .5 tsp Sage, ground 3 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, Organics
Directions
Combine pork and all spices, then add maple syrup.
Original recipe recommends cooking in olive oil, but no necessary due to amount of at in most ground pork. I just use pan spray - lightly.
