low fat, low carb chicken noodle soup

5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 4 medium Carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 12 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 10 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Pepper, black 6.5 serving Dreamfields - Rotini (3/4 cup dry) (6.5 to box) (by ANETTE329)
Directions
saute chopped veggies with cooking spray until tender. add chicken broth, cubed chicken salt and pepper - bring to a boil. add noodles and cook 10 minutes until al dente
