Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 clove Garlic 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup Peas, frozen 1.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 4 serving Boca Original Burger, Vegan 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 tsp Garam Masala (by BIGGIRL2082010) 2 tbsp Curry powder
Directions
Sautee veggies in olive oil. Cook boca burgers and combine with veggies. Season to taste with Indian spices.
