Egg, fresh, 1 large *Egg white, 1 serving Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp *Yogurt, Yoplait Light, Strawberry, Mixed Berry or Vanilla, 6 oz *Flour, white, 0.5 cup Old Fashioned Oats, dry, 0.5 cupGranulated Sugar, 1 cup Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (30g), 1 serving Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 0.5 cup, unthawed Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/8 cup
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease or line a 12-cup muffin pan.
2. In a medium mixing bowl mix applesauce and sugar together.
3. Add the egg and egg white, and mix.
4. Add the flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix.
5. Add the 6 oz yogurt and mix.
6. Add berries and mix.
7. Distribute evenly among muffin cups.
8. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
