Potatoes 0.75 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)0.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened16.0 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava" Organic (1 t) 1/3 c6.0 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g) 2 tbsp1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.75 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 3 tbsp or coconut flour2.0 tbsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special Dark, unsweetened0.25 tsp Baking Powder0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 dash Salt8.0 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Cook sweet potatoes, 425 degrees F, 20-25 min., adjust oven temp to 350 F, peel, puree add to mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients reserving 1/2 the dark chocolate chips for the top. Mix everything together, wet ingredients mix, then add dry ingredients mix, pour into greased 8x8 pan. Top with remaining chocolate chips. Bake at 350F for 30-35 min.
