Momma Gazpacho

Ingredients
2 cups V8 Reduced Sodium Vegetable Juice7 cups of 365 O Organic Diced Tomatoes2 large peeled cucumbers2 raw medium sized onions2 large raw green (or red) peppers3 cloves of garlic2 tbsp red wine vinegar2 tbsp Olive oil9 slices of Turkey Bacon (trader joe's)
Directions
in cuisinart, just chop to desired size all the veggies and delicious tomatoes

stir in tomato juice and all veggies, and top off with pan fried turkey bacon (trader joe's is best, cooking time is the 10 minutes - most likely less), and top off with some sour cream! DELICIOUS!
