Ingredients
1 tbsp Butter, salted 3.3 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz. 5 flowerets Cauliflower, cooked 7 oz Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast 2 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 3 tsp Ginger Root 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt - 1 tsp (by FREEME1980) 5.5 oz Pork Tenderloin 3 tsp Bacon grease .5 fl oz Lemon Juice 16 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach 1 oz Alcohol - Pinot Noir Red Wine 1oz (by HEIDISPENCE)
Directions
Sauté onion in butter. Add bacon grease and stir in pork tenderloin. Cook until pork is done. Stir in wine and blend well. Add in Chicken broth and remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 min.
