29.1 gram(s) GV Chicken - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets (by CORINA-MOMOF4) 56 gram(s) Kirkland Artichoke Hearts marinated in oil 2 serving GV Pepper Jack Cheese (1 slice) (by YOGAKARMAGRACE) 1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 2 tsp Cajun Seasoning (by KARENWP08) .5 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt (by LUCKLYS) 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Skinless, boneless thawed chicken breast pat dry. I used two large chicken breast and slit holes or pockets into them and filled them with the spinach, artichokes, pepper jack cheese and seasonings. Rub olive oil and seasonings on the outside of the chicken, cover, and place in oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear.
