Just beef meatballs

12 oz Ground beef
Shape 12oz of beef into around 13 balls and place into a skillet over medium heat to brown. Rotate them every four to five minutes or so to brown evenly. You may turn up the heat under skillet for the last couple of minutes to brown to a more well done meatball. When desired doneness take balls out of the skillet with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels on a plate to drain the grease off of them before serving.
I usually use Bout three or four balls per plate of spaghetti with sauce for a serving and meal witch would bring the calorie count up and the fat depending on what fat percentage of beef you are using.
